Notice: Temporary Suspension of New Experiment Creation
We have temporarily disabled the creation of new experiments as we are continuously running out of space. This issue has been impacting both uploads and downloads from FlowRepository. By taking this step, we aim to make downloads of existing data more reliable.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work on upgrading our hardware and improving the overall solution.
Thank you for your patience.

My experiment is locked but I need to make changes, what do I do?

Generally, experiments are being locked when either a reviewers' code is generated, or when an experiment is made public. This policy is in place in order to prevent user from making undesired changes (or even deleting their data) while a peer-review process is underway, or when a manuscript referring to that dataset is already published.

If you submitted your manuscript for review and reviewers asked you to make some specific changes, then please contact us with the specific details and our administrators should be able to unlock your experiment temporarily to allow for these changes to be made. Also, if you discover mistakes that you wish to correct, you will also need to contact us with the specific details. On a case by case basis, our administrators will decide whether to unlock your dataset or make those corrections for you.
