Purpose: | A 30-color panel for the analysis of check-point inhibitory networks in the bone marrow of acute myeloid leukemia patients
Conclusion: | We have successfully developed a panel that can resolve T cells, Nk cells, myeloblasts, and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in the human bone marrow and provide information on their phenotypic features with regard to immune evasion.

Quality control: | QC was performed using BD CST and Spherotech Rainbow Beads prior to each experiment, Time versus fluorescence parameter was used to monitor acquisition stability, Fluorescence minus one (FMO) controls were used to assess resolution of weakly expressed markers and for assessment of spillover spreading error issues and compensation artifacts using NxN plots, PBMCs from standard donor were used to monitor batch effects. |
