Purpose: | Immune-profiling of T helper 1 or Th1 (IFNg, TNF and IL-2), Th2 (IL-4 and 5) and Th17 (IL-17) signatures in murine splenocytes by targeting intracellular cytokines using spectral flow cytometry.
Conclusion: | Using spectral flow cytometry, we developed a 17-parameter panel to profile major immune cell subsets, memory phenotypes and functional cytokines (Th1/2/17) in murine splenocytes in steady state as well as in stimulated conditions. Our panel could be easily modified, if researchers wish to tailor the panel to their specific needs.
