Purpose: | To comprehensively immunophenotype the common and rare peripheral blood mononuclear cell subsets in patients with solid and hematological malignancies treated with immunotherapy
Conclusion: | This 24 marker panel enables reliable identification of myeloid and monocyte derived suppressor cells (MDSC), basophils, myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells, classical, intermediate and non-classical monocytes, NK cell subsets, CD4 and CD8 conventional T cells, TCRαβ and TCRγδ T cells, Regulatory T cells, B cells and plasma cells from mononuclear cells.

Quality control: | Daily instrument QC using SpectroFlo® QC beads prior to acquiring reference controls and samples to ensure optimal performance of the cytometer. Titration of all the markers using the same population, single stained reference controls using beads/cells for unmixing and generating compensation matrix, NxN plots using the controls to assess the accuracy of spill over correction and compensation. |
